About Patrick

Patrick became a resident of the Santa Clarita Valley in 1986, a transplant from Syracuse, New York.

Helping  his friends and family achieve their goals of buying, selling and investing in the real estate market added to his satisfaction in this new field.  As a licensed realtor® on an experienced team, Patrick has a background in finding good, solid investments in a challenging market. After a successful 21-year career in commercial printing, Patrick changed course, shifting to something that he felt more passionate about. He and his partners  began investing in,  and developing, residential properties.
